Veludo // Velveteen

O título deste post poderia ser algo como: "de volta à costura" ou "carteiras king size" mas a verdade é que sempre que fiz este modelo (desenhado por mim) as pessoas escolheram veludo, e acho que escolheram bem.

Tenho costurado algumas outras coisas, bolsas, uma mochila para o Vicente, os babetes do costume mas infelizmente não tenho tido tempo para vos mostrar essas peças ou mesmo para falar de outros assuntos uma vez que voltei à vida de Bióloga e agora passo os meus dias no laboratório. Prometo que as próximas peças (muito em breve) virão para aqui.

 Quanto ás carteiras, não há muito a dizer. São mesmo king size e a meu ver são para quem gosta de carteiras grandes onde caberão com certeza todos os cartões (e mais alguns). O porta-moedas amovível dá aquele toque diferente que não se vê muito por aí. Obrigada pela encomenda, soube bem voltar aos desafios :).

I could have named this post something like: "back to sewing" or "king size wallets" but the truth is that everytime I made this pattern (my own design) people always choose velveteen and I think they choose well.

I've been sewing a bit, some pouches, a backpack for Vicente and the daily bibs but unfortunetely I don't have time to put them here or even to talk about others subjects once that I returned to Biology and now spend my days in the lab. I promise the next pieces will be here.

Talking about the wallets, there isn't much to say. They are really king sinze and are made for who really likes big wallets where all the possible and imaginary cards will surely fit. The coin pouch gives that different touch. Thank you for the order, it was great to come back to challenging items.
